What’s the best double stroller, not side by side, that can have different positions?

I'm looking for a double stroller for a new born in a baby carrier and a 2yr old. I know some can have like 7 different seating positions and I'm looking for the most reliable one out there! Thank you!

    hey hun theres the Phil and Teds tandem….we got the Obaby tandem buggy as it was cheeper, but we have had so many problems with it and read on forums people have had the same problem, but Phil and Teds seem like they are worth the bit extra :) x

    I really like my Baby Trend double tandem stroller. You can put the infant carrier in the front or back seat, and there is an extra strap to secure the seat. The trays and canopies are removeable, and the back part of the stroller converts to a sit and stand stroller. I got mine at Babies R Us for about $170.
