What is the best double stroller to purchase that isn’t too expensive?

I've been looking at the Graco duo glider which sells for about $160. I've asked some mothers how they like theirs and they seem to be okay with it but not exactly thrilled with it either. Does anyone have a double stroller that they like and could recommend? I need to stay under $200. Thanks!

Schwinn makes a double stroller that is 200. If you can find a way t spend more I have the Phil and Ted and I love it. Worth every penny.
